Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Electronics, Smart Home, Tools: Returnable within 30 days in original packaging
• Apparel and Footwear: Returnable within 30 days, unworn with tags
• Skincare and Personal Care: Returnable within 14 days if unopened and sealed
• Drones and Accessories: Returnable within 30 days in original packaging
• Fitness Equipment: Returnable within 30 days in original packaging
• Solar Products: Returnable within 30 days in original packaging

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

3. Return Process

1. Email support@possiblemarket.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive a Return Authorization number
3. Ship the item with the RA number clearly marked
4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened skincare products, personal care items, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per policy.
