Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the biological nature of our products, return eligibility varies by product type:

  • Grow Kits (Oyster, Lions Mane, Reishi): Non-returnable due to biological contamination risk
  • Supplements (Capsules, Powders): Returnable within 14 days if unopened and sealed
  • Tinctures: Returnable within 14 days if unopened and sealed
  • Grow Bags: Returnable within 14 days if unopened
  • Inoculation Tools: Returnable within 14 days in original packaging
  • Apparel: Returnable within 30 days, unworn with tags (fulfilled by Printful)
  • Bundles: Returnable per individual product policies

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

3. Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization number
  3. Ship the item with the RA number clearly marked
  4. Refund processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplements, tinctures, or grow kits cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Contact us immediately. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned per policy.
